- Floral Arrangements, Fruit Baskets and Balloon Bouquets are hand-delivered to your gift recipient’s home.
- The physical street address of the recipients home or workplace is required; SORRY, we cannot deliver a post office box.
- The recipient’s telephone number is required for possible address verification and to ensure that someone is present to accept delivery. If no one is available to receive delivery, our driver will make any decisions concerning the safety of the location to leave the arrangement, or will attempt delivery at a later time.
- The delivery charge for floral arrangements, balloon bouquets and fruit basket’s is $10.99 per item.
As professional florist's, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent for delivery in San Diego. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, we will send a replacement or refund the full purchase price. All you need to do is notify us within 24 hrs of receipt of your order. You may call, come in person, or write to us. Hours and Delivery Information:
- Orders can be delivered the same day you place your order if ordered by
- 3:00 p.m. (in San Diego) Monday thru Friday . For Saturday delivery the order must be placed before 1:00 p.m. Please call for Sunday deliveries.
- Delivery of exotic arrangements or fruit baskets requires 24- hour advance notice in some locations.
- If a particular time is specified or required, normal delivery charges will apply. Please note: on any specified timed deliveries, we require a two hour window.
Special Delivery Locations:
- Funeral Flowers – please include the name of the deceased as well as the funeral home to prevent any confusion in delivery.
- Hospitals – include the recipient’s room number and please ensure the patient will not be discharged within the delivery window. For patients in critical care, floral arrangements may not be permissible. Telephone the hospital in advance to inquire on policies before ordering about their policies.
- Sorry, we cannot deliver to airports.
In the case of holidays, such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, order early to ensure delivery on or before the holiday (above restrictions apply).
Any dispute with an order must be done within 7 days. No refunds will be made after 14 days of the order.
